Reflexology | Four Day in Person | Practitioner (Level 3) Course
Reflexology involves a therapist applying fingertip pressure to specific points on the feet. According to reflexology theory, each point on the foot corresponds to a specific body part or system. When the therapist applies pressure to these points, they may feel a crystalline substance, indicating a blockage in the body’s systems. The body can re-balance and initiate its healing process by working on these areas to remove the crystals.
