Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Holistic Treatments Notice period: A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. To receive a full refund of the deposit or to reschedule Cancellation made less than 24 hours: No refund will be issued. In case of emergencies: The client may be eligible for a credit towards a future Treatment, or a full refund, at the provider’s discretion. Cancellation Policy for Holistic Course Notice Period: • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start date to qualify for a full refund. Refund Policy: • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. • No Refund: on deposit received, if Cancellations are made less than 7 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. Course Transfer: • Participants may transfer their enrolment to another course date or another participant if notified at least 7 days before the course start date. Cancellation by Provider: • If the course is cancelled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date. Exceptional Circumstances: • In case of emergencies, participants may be eligible for a credit towards a future course, or a full refund, at the provider’s discretion.
